What is Back to Basics Concierge & Home Care Services LLC?
Back to Basics is a one-stop lifestyle management, liaison, errand, concierge and personal assistant service dedicated to taking care of our client's needs, wishes, deeds, desires and daily "to-do" lists. We give the gift of time and organization. We are located in Georgetown, Texas and service the entire great state of Texas! We are borrowing from yesterday to improve upon today. We use the basic and natural essentials and wise practices of yesteryear's customer service disciplines and intertwine them productively with today's lifestyles. We serve all ages from three social sectors; corporate, residential (individuals and their families) and our amazing seniors too! We are fully insured and bonded.

How does your service work?
We at Back to Basics Concierge & Home Care Services will provide assistance in managing your daily personal and professional tasks. Our services will allow you to have that quality time to spend and/or focus on things you need to do or on projects you would like to do. We will be your Personal Assistant – your Lifestyle Management coach and liaison. If you need assistance with something, we will find a way to make it happen… from the smallest of details to the extraordinary! How much you delegate to us is up to you, but in any case, what you get back in reward is time, peace of mind, organization and the love of life, and in many cases even a monetary gain as well.
How do I get started receiving your services?
Go to the Pricing page and check out our pricing packages and let us know which one works best for you, your company, your employees, friends or family members.
- Click on the New Client Application and fill this out. You will need to set up a Concierge Account with us. Your information is private, respected and kept safe. Choose a pricing package and pay by credit card, debit card, check or cash. All services/tasks/deeds are charged in 15 minute increments. We will track your hourly usage and will send you a monthly report on what we have done for you, when, the results and how long it took to do the deed(s). We will inform you of your account balance. Your card will be charged on a monthly basis in order to keep the balance of the agreed upon Discount Pricing Package. Send this to us.
- Your New Client Application will ask you for your payment information. If you plan on using a personal or business credit card to purchase services from Back to Basics Concierge & Home Care Services LLC… you will need to inform us of your credit card code. Mail order, telephone orders and other "card-not-in hand" transactions have higher fraud rates than face-to face transactions. To help reduce fraud in the "card-not-in hand" situation, credit card companies have introduced a card code program. The card code is a three or four digit security code that is typically printed on the back of cards inside the signature panel. This program helps validate that a genuine card is being used during a transaction. Most major bank cards, both credit and debit, are required to contain card codes.
- Click on the Services Tab and choose from the sectors listed; residential, corporate or senior services. You may choose from one or all three service menu lists. Once you are looking at the service menu, click on the service and/or services you need to have done or are interested in at the present time. Send this to us.
Note: All hourly fees charged in our Discount Rate Packages are for work/deeds that Back to Basics Concierge & Home Care Services Staff personally does for you. We are your personal Life Style and Home Management Team. Whatever errands, projects, care etc… that we can personally do for you… is what is included within our hourly rate. There are those occasions when you will need a licensed contractor to take care of plumbing, electrical etc… issues for you and their fees will be extra and will differ from ours. Whenever the need arises for you to need another Professional… we do the research for you and gather the bids for you as well. We will follow the project(s) from the beginning to the end to ensure you receive the best products and/or service(s). The Preferred Vendor (from our crème de la crème vendor list) will then invoice Back to Basics Concierge & Home Care Services LLC and we in turn hand you one detailed invoice. We take all the worries and headaches out of your household projects.
Are there any long term contracts?
No, there are no long term contracts.
May I share my purchased concierge hours?
Yes, you may share any of your concierge hours with whomever you choose to give them to… as long as they are in an area we can serve them. Most of our services can be arranged and set up on a nationwide or international basis. We have a network of Preferred Vendors and other personal contacts allowing us to provide you and yours services in any major city. Call us for further details.
